GPOS Bar Manager brings daily service operations and business visibility together in one mobile app. Staff can take table orders and send them for preparation, while venue owners can monitor table activity, bottle records, sales performance, and key business insights wherever they are. Features are displayed according to each user’s account role and permissions.

Key Features:
Staff Ordering - View tables, select products, place customer orders, and send orders directly for preparation.
Business Overview - Review order amounts, average table spend, actual receipts, hourly revenue, and payment-method breakdowns.
Sales Analysis - Understand revenue adjustments, including discounts, room-charge discounts, rounding, tax, and complimentary items.
Sales Performance - View top-performing sales staff and best-selling products and categories.
Customer Flow Insights - Monitor table turnover and identify the venue’s busiest operating periods.
Bottle Storage - Record customer bottle storage using the same operational workflow available on the GPOS Bar terminal.
