ONEclick - Enterprise Mobile App
ONEclick is the mobile workspace built for One Garuda Food employees. It brings daily work tools into one app so you can handle approvals, open internal applications, read company updates, talk to the virtual assistant, and share your digital business card — without jumping between systems.
The interface is simple and practical. Sign in with your company Microsoft account, then get to what you need quickly through the home screen, quick actions, and clear menus.
APPROVAL WORKFLOW
Manage approval requests from your phone. Open the list of items waiting for your action, review the details, and approve or reject when you are ready. Each request can include a dynamic form shaped around the business process, so the fields you see match what that workflow actually needs.
You can:
• View approvals that require action
• Approve, reject, or send requests back for changes
• Review request details before deciding
• Complete dynamic forms tailored to each process
• Stay informed with notifications when something needs your attention
CUSTOM APPLICATIONS
Access company applications configured for your organization. Many of them use flexible forms with common field types such as text, number, date, select, radio, checkbox, textarea, currency, and file inputs. Validation helps reduce incomplete submissions. For special workflows, some applications open in a canvas view.
This makes it easier to submit and process internal requests from mobile, using the same structure your teams already use at work.
GITA — AI ASSISTANT
GITA is the virtual assistant inside ONEclick. Ask about company information and policies, and get guidance faster than searching through documents manually. Use it when you need a quick answer during your workday.
NOTIFICATIONS
Stay up to date with push notifications for pending approvals, important announcements, reminders, and other updates relevant to your role. You do not have to keep checking the app to know when something needs action.
PROFILE & E-BUSINESS CARD
Open your profile to view account and company-related information. Share a digital e-business card with QR code for networking — download it, share it, or show the QR when someone asks for your contact details. Attendance information is also available when you need to review your records.
NEWS & COMPANY UPDATES
Read the latest company news, highlights, and announcements. The home experience can also show banners and social media content so important updates stay visible in one place.
SECURITY & SIGN-IN
ONEclick uses Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) for company authentication. You can enable biometric unlock (Face ID / Touch ID) for faster access on your device. Tokens and sessions are handled with security in mind, including protected session management.
LANGUAGES & EXPERIENCE
The app supports Indonesian and English. Switch language anytime in settings. The interface also supports light and dark appearance, responsive layouts for phones and tablets, and a personalized greeting on the home screen.
