This GPS device is absolutely terrible. I honestly feel scammed after buying it. The tracking is inaccurate, the connection constantly drops, and half the time it doesn’t even update the location correctly. The app is confusing, slow, and barely works. Setup was frustrating and customer support was useless when I tried to get help. The device feels cheap, poorly made, and unreliable. If you are buying this for security, tracking, or peace of mind, DO NOT trust this product.There are much better.

The app won't let me cancel/delete my account and the tags don't work. The tag appears to have worked for a few minutes without any real accuracy and then everything quit working. After trying troubleshooting the app I found a series of negative reviews with the same experience. I tried to delete the account but there is a user agreement I have to agree to but no way to agree. I uninstalled the app, but cannot delete the account with the associated email. I've logged out for now and blocked the

the tracker lost connection with the account after 6 weeks and the password do is not working. I need a new password and there is no way yo get one. I also tried to re register the device and it wont allow. I want my money back and amazon States the item no longer exists in my order.
