The live view video is always cutting out. I can watch a video in the car flawlessly but cant stream the live video without stuttering. I tried 2 different sims. The tracking works well though. This can be a really great service if those issues are fixed.

My dashcam has been having issues for about a month. Not properly powering on completely, not connecting to my sim card. Now it's been offline for 4 days. I tried restarting it multiple times and that doesn't fix it. Online technical support is never available in the app in real time.

Always offline then it takes several days just to get someone to help you to get it back online and by that time you usually have to top up again when it doesn't even last a full month it's so expensive and everything like it's always going offline like every all the time when I barely even use it
