현장에서 GPS 이동 경로를 따라 실시간으로 경계점을 기록하고 면적 산출.
지도 터치 및 돋보기(Magnifier) 기능을 이용한 정밀한 마커 배치.
'자동' 모드 활성 시 사용자의 이동 경로를 따라 자동으로 마커 생성 및 면적 계산.
지적 편집도 제공: VWorld API 연동을 통해 현재 위치 및 마커 주변의 지적도와 지번 정보를 레이어로 확인.
측정된 면적을 제곱미터(㎡)와 평 단위로 자동 계산하여 표시.
각 꼭짓점의 각도, 둘레 길이, 현재 위치의 지번/도로명 주소 실시간 표시.
실행 취소(Undo), 다시 실행(Redo), 전체 삭제 및 측정 데이터 관리.
