Troubleshooting

If your tracks generated by the GpsGate Tracker are not smooth, try setting your Android device to "Device Only" mode for GPS tracking in the Location area of the Settings app.

Ratings and reviews

Unreliable. Frequently loses connection to server regardless of settings (disable power saving is checked) shows phones in an area from a day or more ago. Have to periodically open app, at which time the server connection goes from red check to green and refreshes. If you don't do this you won't be able to locate the phone.

Very reliable and does what it says. Need one critical option: we need an app password so employees cannot disable the location and server connection

New update: Android Galaxy 10 Note... App wont open. Flashes on screen, closes then pops error screen to close app. This app used to actually work..
