Ratings and reviews

If I could rate this app AND their website below zero, I would rate them -10 zillion. This app doesn't work. I can't even log in. Once I put in my username and password, a window comes up to enter my card number. Once I do, my only option is a "cancel" button below the card number. It's impossible to log in. The website is only on the page to change my online password. I log in, and that's the page I'm on. No other link works. This is why I got a Netspend card. Their app is fully functional.

This app truly sucks because it doesn't work! I can't even set it up because it won't go past the new user login after I type in my full card number. It goes to another page after you hit continuing it says scroll down and hit agree to continue but the screen is blank. What the hell is this all about? You would have thought that you would have fixed this major glitch in your system before even putting it out there on the market for people to download.It's completely useless and doesn't even work

Can't log in, either; wanted to be clear that this is still an issue. It's disappointing. I just got this card, am really liking it and thought the site was great, too but wanted something more accessible on the go. Also, pay attention to amounts of orders on receipts/invoices and cross reference your history, because lo and behold, I thought a merchant charged me incorrectly, so I'm waiting to hear word back, though just saw a reviewer on here, who has had the same issue.
