Ratings and reviews

Just upgraded from the free version (which worked for a few simple test videos) to Pro to get rid of the annoying ads and to unlock a Pro feature I have an eye on. Pro no longer works and instantly crashes each time I try to record a video. Reboot and completely reinstalling the app did nothing to change the situation. Epic fail. (Pixel 5, Android 12)

Terrible. I road tested it today on a two-hour hike. It trashed the first video I shot with it (about half an hour). Of the others, it dropped frames constantly, and the compression was so bad I could see JPG artifacts. All this, the price for adding a location and time stamp a the bottom left? I'm using a Samsung S20 Ultra, too. It's got plenty enough grunt to record great video for ages using the native camera app. I don't know what they did to make this app perform this poorly, but for nearly ten bucks Canadian, I expected WAY better than this on a phone like mine. Not impressed. Not at all. :(
