I can never use my rewards because I never know what my rewards are this is what I get every time I log in! Oops! There was an unexpected issue contacting the theater to get your points balance. Please try again later.

App sucks compared to AMC. you can tickets if it works properly. The AMC app let's you advance order tickets and your concessions all in advance.

Every time they rewrite this app it's worse than the pervious iteration. Why do I have to find my confirmation email to retrieve my advance tickets? Why aren't they in the app somewhere? I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation for a movie theater app. Considering you charge a "convenience fee" to book in the app it isn't very convenient.
