About this app

GR6 ERP is the internal application of GR6 Eventos — a production company, record label, and publisher — for the team to monitor the operation of shows outside the office:

schedule, contracts, registrations, and communication with the team, from their cell phones.

SCHEDULE
View the schedule by day, navigate between weeks and months, and open any show to check the details: contractor, location, time, price, and contract status. The address opens directly in the map application.

PAYMENT AND CONTRACT
Each event shows if the contract is signed and how much of the amount has already been paid, along with how much is still to be received.

TEAM CHAT
Each show has its own conversations, separated between the internal team and production, in addition to direct messages between colleagues. Those mentioned receive a notification, so nothing important gets lost in the middle of the operation.

REGISTRATIONS
Consult artists, contacts, clients, and venues, searching by name or document.

Those with permission can also register on the spot, without waiting to get to the office.

NEW SHOW
Book a show via mobile phone: artist, contractor, venue, date, prices, costs and payment installments, with the same rules and validations as the web system.

WHO'S AVAILABLE
Check which artists are available on a given date and time slot, with the price range for each one — the answer the salesperson needs during the call with the contractor.

ACCESS
The application is for restricted use. Accounts are created by GR6 administration; there is no public registration. What each person sees depends on their access profile in the system.
