Ratings and reviews

Good to check as a parent. However, I am also a teacher at my child's school, and to try to log in under my teacher ID, it keeps giving me a login error notification, saying I do not have access to a principal or admin account. I log in fine from my laptop; but using the same School ID, (teacher) username, and password from my phone won't work. It's been like this all school year. Very frustrating.

I'm not sure who's giving this app a high rating. Starting from the login screen, this app uses janky outdated UI and policies. Unfortunately, this app also makes incredibly weak security choices (e.g. it disallows password autofill, you can't see what you're typing, there's nothing forcing you to change your initial password which is obviously stored in cleartext, etc). Wild that an app like this is trusted with children's information in 2024.

Very disappointing that I am unable to toggle between my two kids that are at different schools. Having to log in and out to switch kids is a pain. Also would love the option to set up an app notification or text alert instead of email.
