About this app

GrafikPro RCP is a kiosk application for time tracking—part of the GrafikPro system. Launch it on a tablet or smartphone at the company entrance, allowing employees to independently clock in and out of shifts and take breaks.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pair the device—generate a 4-character code in the mobile app and enter it in the administration panel on the GrafikPro website.
2. Enter your PIN—each employee has a 4-digit PIN that identifies them in the system.
3. Start your shift—one click. The app takes a photo and records the entry time.
4. Break—the break button stops the timer, and upon return, the employee clocks in at the end of their break.
5. End your shift—the photo and exit time are saved in the system.
