It does not send notifications so you know if there is something waiting for you, even when notifications are enabled. You have to remember to check it. It's 2021. That's pretty basic functionality for an app.

If I try to look at who came in the past or even start to scroll through the upcoming visits the app will boot me out. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, still does it. The hospice team has been a dream though for my grandfather..

Good idea for an app but staff doesn't update it so I can't see future appts. And, lots of "communication" errors. App pretty much useless, sorry to say. It does have potential.
