This app is designed to facilitate efficient communication and permit management for Graham Construction projects.
Key Features:
QR Code Scanning: Quickly access project details by scanning a QR code associated with a specific site or project.
Manual Project ID Entry: Alternatively, manually enter the project ID to view relevant permits.
Permit Submission: Fill out and submit permits relevant to your job role directly from the app.
Permit Approval Process: Submitted permits are sent to site supervisors for approval. Note: Approval or declination is not done within the app.
Permit Status: If a permit is approved, you’re free to begin work. If declined, simply amend the permit data and resubmit.
Permit Closure: Once work is completed, request to close the permit. Closure is subject to approval by the site supervisor.
Permit Duplication: Avoid repetitive data entry by copying closed permits, amending the data, and submitting.
