Manage Ride Requests
- Go online or offline based on your availability.
- Receive nearby ride requests and review pickup and destination details.
- Choose which requests to accept.

Flexible Fare Options
- Optionally submit your own fare for each ride request.
- Let passengers compare offers and select their preferred driver.
- If you do not submit an offer, passengers can review the applicable fare before booking.
- Check applicable waiting charges and collect payment directly from passengers.

Manage Your Trips
- View pickup and destination locations on a map.
- Use the four-digit verification code to start a trip.
- Communicate with passengers through in-app chat and available calling options.
- Share your location during pickup and active trips.

Driver Registration
- Register using your mobile number.
- Submit your driving licence, identification, and vehicle documents for review.
- Receive requests after account approval and activation of a driver plan, where required.
- Let passengers view your available driver and vehicle details.

Trip History and Support
- View upcoming and completed trips.
- Review past routes and fares.
- Contact support and add an emergency contact.

Gramob Driver is for registered auto-rickshaw and taxi drivers. Passengers can use the separate Gramob passenger app.
