About this app

Wine tasting notes, workout logs, baby journals, fishing trips, medication records.
Decide what fields you want to record, then just tap and write. FormNote is a note app for anything you record over and over in the same format.

Numbers open a number pad and dates open a calendar. Photos are a field type too, which works well for meals, tastings and the fish you caught.

Look back at your notes across all forms in one timeline. Filter by form or search by text to land on the one note you were looking for.

■ Export
Export your notes as CSV, or save a single note as a PDF.
