Dear novo cinemas , I think you removed , novo gift card options , i utilise this , 100 recharge I got ,130 Aed , for 200 recharge on gift card , I got 260, it is very useful . Now you removed this in your website , Why did you remove this.? This is the only one plus point I have with novo cinemas. I am sorry you lose your regular customer, i switch to vox cinemas. Thanks for giving opportunity. Thanks

Doesn't even open after installing!!! Used to work on previous phone. Doesn't open after installing on Xiaomi phone. Waste of time and efforts. Shows how much care would the owners be taking of Customers satisfaction!!!!
