Why does a cinema app need fingerprint “secure check-in”? It’s just a cinema app, and there’s no option to disable it either. Also, seat bookings staying locked for 30–60 minutes if something goes wrong is way too long. A 10–15 minute hold would make much more sense. And the forced updates every month are really frustrating. I shouldn’t have to constantly update the app just to open it and book tickets.

All seats are left aligned. Unable to see actual seat layout. Payment is completely broken and forces me to choose other seats than my original selection.

The Novo Cinema app has become really frustrating to use. There are too many bugs and issues everywhere. It’s been like this for quite a long time now—why hasn’t it been fixed yet? I’m honestly fed up with the experience. 👎👎👎
