Because of a glitch in your app with Grand valley Bank erroneously charged me $200. Graciously Grand valley did refund the erroneous charge but I have no confidence in this app whatsoever especially after so soon installing it and you want us to update are your updates just location checking information or is it a real update I've never been this insecure with my bank or an app that deals with my bank in my adult life. But now the lost of confidence is troubling

We do our absolute best to provide products and services that make banking easier. Technology isn't always flawless. Thanks for acknowledging that the transaction was corrected. As for the app, expect regular updates as with any app. You can control your location preferences on your device.

I love Grand Valley Bank but I do not like this app I'm very suspicious of its constant need to update and It can't remember anything. Transfer interface is a nightmare
