Ratings and reviews

I love Graniph but searching the app to find what you want takes ages. If you search and click on something, then arrow back, it takes you back to the beginning of the search instead of back to where you were. e.g. I search women's sale items, that's 1900+ items to scroll through every time

Good app even when it's being translated from Japanese to English. I love this company, such great products, they just make me so happy, really glad they have an functional and easy to navigate app for shopping half way across the world

The return process just sucks...don't buy from here ...it's been a months that I had courier the stuff and they are returning...
