App works great until you get a gift card and there is no way to use a gift card for payment on this app or online ordering. Granite City also owns Famous Dave's and the app is nearly identical yet on famous Dave's app you can choose to add a credit card or gift card for payment. Why not on Granite City? Please add being able to pay with a gift card to the app! Also a note to other reviewers. You're supposed to review the app here not tell us how your meal or service was at the restaurant

Very disappointed in new menu. Been coming here for years always good now it's just another restaurant probably won't come back. Also the menu on your app reflects your old menu not your new menu. You need to update it. Your competition in Troy up and down Big Beaver will probably take you down. Good luck in the future you'll need it

I get GC emails. Install the app. Doesn't recognize password. Click to reset password. Don't get email. If you're going to roll out a new app, do user testing! Don't rush delivering an app that doesn't work! So I go to the website to log in. Says my email cannot be found, yet I get GC emails and was part of the old rewards program. REALLY? You can email me, but my email is not found. As Spock would say, this is ILLOGICAL!
