Terdaq shows what is publicly knowable about a Minnesota property, and where every fact comes from.
Terdaq is built by GraniteCore Technologies, a private company. It is not a government app, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government agency.
Tap a parcel on the map, or search by address, PIN, city, ZIP code or county, to open its public record:
• Parcel boundaries over aerial imagery, a street map, or a hybrid of the two
• Owner and taxpayer, as the county publishes them
• Estimated market value, property tax, acreage, land use and districts
• FEMA flood zones, where FEMA has published a digital flood map
• Terrain shading and a terrain summary for the parcel
• The source and freshness of every fact, and why a fact is missing when it is
Go further with owner and taxpayer search and value and acreage filters, or "Search this area" to look only where the map is. Save properties to your phone for use offline in the field. Tap the location button to jump to the parcel you are standing on; your location stays on your phone.
FREE AND TERDAQ+
Terdaq is free to download, and the map, property records and address search are free, with no account. The free plan also includes a small monthly allowance of advanced searches (owner, taxpayer, value and acreage).
Terdaq+ is an optional monthly or yearly subscription. It raises those monthly allowances and adds the 3D parcel view. Subscribing needs a free Terdaq account (email, Google or Apple sign-in). Payment is charged to your Google Play account, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
COVERAGE
Terdaq covers the Minnesota counties whose parcel data is published openly through the state's parcel compilation.
