I think the app is marginally better than it's current 1.8 stars score. It mostly does the stuff it's trying to do. It doesn't scale well on different size screens, it doesn't dynamically refresh details on any pages (you have to back out and re-enter the app for that), and it doesn't have all the features and notifications you might be looking for, but it does seem to accomplish the basics. You can see at a glance how full the waste bin is, and you can activate manual cleaning.

App is suddenly having issues. I have had many complaints until now. The litter box does what I need it to and the app usually does, too. But it suddenly tells me the used litter is 100% full when I just emptied and reset it. In fact, I have reset it multiple times to no effect. Also, this morning, it sent a notification in Chinese.

App will sometimes fully reset, need you to enter your username and password again, AND forget your litter boxes and need you to add them again. There is also no way to choose what notifications you get, so there is no differentiating between notification when you need to do something (like changing out the bag or fixing an error) and getting a notification every single time a cat uses the litterbox.
