This app isn't good with multiple litter boxes and cats. It's so clunky and keeps the box locations and animals all separate. Only one box is listed on the main page. You have to switch between them once you choose the one listed on the entry page. In the "cats" profile you can't see which box they are using unless you switch screens again. The customer service button goes to an error page. They need to dump more time and money into development. The old app was so much better.

This app does not give you accurate information at all! I entered my cats names and weights and it didn't take them because I still keep getting "unknown" and different weights. I reset the waste bag information and it didn't hold that -among other things. The app just is a failure and needs to be updated or rewritten by someone who pays attention to the reviews and knows what they're doing, in my opinion.

Working really well so far. Just two things missing that I'd like to see: 1. The ability to edit which cat is detected in the records. My cats are close in weight, so sometimes it detects the wrong cat and I'd like to be able to fix that. Or when an unknown cat is detected, it's quite easy to misclick the wrong cat when assigning them, but there's no way to undo or fix that misclick. 2. The ability to turn on the light or change its brightness based on triggers, like when the waste bin's full.
