Ratings and reviews

I saw a lot of bad reviews on the after I had downloaded it and I thought I would just look and see if it was as bad as people were saying and I have had no issues with it at all. Surveys are fast and the fact that they let you get answers from other friends or family that work in certain industries is awesome and no other platform offers that. The pay out is not instant it does take a day or two to post to your paypal account where everyother platform makes you meet a minimum amount!

Sign up process was quick and painless. I found the UI easy to navigate, experienced no lag or crashes, and everything felt fairly organized. You can easily update your profile information and link your PayPal account within the app as well. However, the surveys will feel tedious (at least at first) and you must complete them in one sitting - you cannot save and finish it later. There is no in app chat support; contact is email only. And payouts are slow - 21 days later, still waiting on mine.

Looks are very deceiving! They definitely know how to catch and land new customers but in my opinion they have no intention on paying out. Hell all my completed task (surveys) got rejected except 1. And it's been getting looked over for 3 days!! There's no section to overlook FAQs, they're phone number,or any way if communicating except an email address. I'ma give them 1 more day and if nothing happens. Oops
