constantly blocked low amount payments, customer service is unavailable on weekends and evenings, statement PDFs can not be copied to paste into spreadsheets... had consistent issues from all facets of this bank.

The interface is pretty basic but functional. the company phone support is good. the main complaint I have is the account had extremely low transfer limits. If your business is very small this account is good. If your business does a lot of transactions this is not for you. You can use this more like a savings account.

Grasshopper closed my account without notice within a month of opening. They do not do business with federal firearms licensees. They have not returned my money, despite my contacting support and support sending me a release form (which shouldn't have been necessary - it's my money) and me returning it within a day. I have waited over two months: no money. Their opening docs did not indicate FFLs were not allowed, and the drop-down menu for business type included FFLs. Grasshopper is a scam. Run
