I've been genuinely impressed with Grasshopper Bank. As a small business owner, they've made business banking feel simple instead of overwhelming. The app is clean, easy to navigate, and lets me manage my finances quickly without unnecessary hassle. Being able to handle banking efficiently means I can spend more time serving my customers and growing my business. Grasshopper has made running a small business much more doable, and I appreciate that.

Grasshopper closed my account without notice within a month of opening. They do not do business with federal firearms licensees. They have not returned my money, despite my contacting support and support sending me a release form (which shouldn't have been necessary - it's my money) and me returning it within a day. I have waited over two months: no money. Their opening docs did not indicate FFLs were not allowed, and the drop-down menu for business type included FFLs. Grasshopper is a scam. Run

DON'T USE GRASSHOPPER!!! worst banking experience, opened my account and deposited 2 checks, a week later it says they cleared but no indication they exist in my account, few days later they finally show up under holding, couple days after that I finally get access, or so I thought bc two days after the 10 day process to clear them I'm told my accounts locked until I verify my identity with my ID, a selfie, and the checks. I'm a small business and can't afford 2 weeks without access to my funds
