I just moved into a new place, I've been using this app for all of 5 hours, and I'm already having trouble the app stops randomly while you are using it it is slow to respond they have made it so passwords must be exactly 4 digits, which only takes like 30min to break, and there is clearly already the functionality to make them much longer, they have just randomly imposed this limit. edit: you can pull prints off touch pads, that's 24 (all different) or 36 (one repeat) so 25% on brute force

This app is incredibly combersome and annoying. It always needs to be connected to the network but hey, sometimes there's no service. Like in the underground parking lot. I get some odd looks as I roam aimlessly around the lot, holding my phone up to see if maybe it will connect and I can get into my building. Now since the last update the app won't even open!! I can't even open the garage door and find myself trying to find a vacant visitors parking spot. Zero stars.

I hate that I was forced into this app. the original manufacturer for my smart lock had an amazing app, it let me change the notification sounds on the lock, see real time when my door was opened, and I could have a longer code than 4 digits. then they forced me to this POS that is just a walking advertisement for Greystar. it's loaded with ads about "spend money here!" while holding the smart lock I rent as hostage. beware ANY apartment complex making you use this.
