nonstop issues, 612- Seventh newwest. lock out door. garage, no mail, or delivery's 🤔 as main screen control crashing . No wi/ fi to support the app? had mail, returned many times, as to not being able to get into or intercom working. costing my $$$$. when sending, work request, 🙄. can you only add / upload one 📸? then, after filling out the form, you go to click submit/ send. & nothing.. won't let you send? grata reps always here, ip address issue, log inn, crashing app.

I've been locked out of my unit multiple times since moving in. The entire lock has been replaced twice. Yesterday morning I was locked out Dec 19th, 2025, and the app was also down and would not connect to my unit. Batteries were freshly changed last month and are at 100%. I hate not having a set of keys for this very reason. These locks are very unreliable and stressful to have. I'm tired of leaving my apt for work and being anxious about coming home locked out.

This app barely will operate at the best of times. It is used by landlords who want to appear very ,"tech" enabled. The app crashes every time it tries to open common property doors in my building. It's privacy is abismal and any codes you create for your actual unit are in plain text for any manager to read at any time no matter if changed. Worst system I've ever seen. If you didn't trust your landlord before you will be less safe and trustful with this system.
