I just moved into a new place, I've been using this app for all of 5 hours, and I'm already having trouble the app stops randomly while you are using it it is slow to respond they have made it so passwords must be exactly 4 digits, which only takes like 30min to break, and there is clearly already the functionality to make them much longer, they have just randomly imposed this limit. edit: you can pull prints off touch pads, that's 24 (all different) or 36 (one repeat) so 25% on brute force

This app is incredibly combersome and annoying. It always needs to be connected to the network but hey, sometimes there's no service. Like in the underground parking lot. I get some odd looks as I roam aimlessly around the lot, holding my phone up to see if maybe it will connect and I can get into my building. Now since the last update the app won't even open!! I can't even open the garage door and find myself trying to find a vacant visitors parking spot. Zero stars.

Moved into a building that uses this, first day in, nothing works, nobody has access. Luckily, the doors can use keys anyway! Building completely forewent fobs for tenants because this app was expected to work, then had to rush out to get fobs so we could access it. Maybe I'll change the rating if it gets working but so far, the app is nothing but bloat on my phone. Update July 22nd 2026: No, it did not get better. It barely works without opening and closing the app a few times. A year later.
