• My Documents: calls for funds, statements, minutes, contracts, with notifications of newly uploaded documents.

• My Account: account balance and transaction history.

• General Meetings: notices, resolutions, online voting, and proxy voting.

• Incidents: report an incident in the building, including photos, and track its progress.

• Requests: submit requests to the firm and track their progress.

• Building information and events.

• For members of the condominium board: co-owner balances, accounting status, payment vouchers, interactive expense tracking, and expense comparison.

Access is restricted to clients and staff of the GRATADE firm: accounts are opened by the firm; there is no open registration.
