I like the game and I've played the old RO. The only thing I don't like is the screen is so cluttered. There should be an option to change the size of icons. We should also be able to close the chat as it's rather annoying having it on the bottom of the screen the entire time. It's a good game but its annoying whenever you enter a new area and the menu above the map reappears (the one with the daily and skills). I tried playing on PC but the UI situation is the same.

So far im enjoying the game. But couldn't provide any feedback yet. I will provide further feedback in the future Edit 24-Apr 2024 Returned to the game recenty. 1. Storyline is great. Love doing side quest and world explorations. 2. A bit overwhelmed with the pet system. Maybe lessen the focus on the pet feature, I'm feeling the game is overly focus on the pet feature and I'm feeling I'm playing Pokemon or Palworld rather than RO. 3. Your game screen icons are cluttered

Enjoying this game so far. Though there sre times that it suddenly got reconnected from the game even though internet connection is good. But overall, it still tolerable Update: 4-29. Lowered star to 4. Multiple reconnection to server since last update. And today I couldn't logged in anymore. I don't know why. I have been enjoying this game so far. But probably it will not last unless you fix issue with the disconnecting to server.
