I've been looking forward to this game for a long time, and so far it's quite cute, colorful and enjoyable. I want this game to succeed so I'm going to provide as much detailed feedback as possible, I'm sorry this will be a big block of text and hard to read because google strips formatting from reviews. It took two tries to get past the tutorial without disconnecting, which is understandable on launch day. The annoying part about this was that the cutscenes were unskippable, meaning I had to sit through them twice. Hope I can skip them if I make a new character. The only major complaint I have so far is that the English voiceover is shockingly bad. Every line read sounds like the first time each actor has seen the script, and they all sound like they aren't used to reading out loud. It reminds me of the days when developers would just grab anyone in the office who could speak the language they needed audio for. This is the first time in a long time where I've heard voice work in a game that's so bad it might put new players off. Eventually I just had to turn the voice volume all the way down just to get through the dialog. Other minor complaints: The game is missing ui scale options. The text is so small on my huge phone, some text like player names in the distance is illegible. The focus of the camera is wrong. The player character is dead center of the screen, meaning half of your view is just the ground behind you, which is a waste. The camera collides with the ground, meaning you cannot look up. You have to move back a great distance if you want to look at a pretty building or something else tall. The camera's vertical movement is inverted by default, and you have to select 'invert vertical camera' to change is so that up goes up and down goes down. This could confuse less experienced players. Some of the options in the settings menu are vague with no description. E.g. there's a setting just called "Move When" with an On/Off toggle. What does that mean? There are no detailed graphics options, and most don't have descriptions. The settings panel is too small, on a large phone it's too easy to tap negative space accidentally, which closes the menu and loses your place. All and all this is a good start with a lot of room for improvement. Do your best! I'll update if I think of anything else.

It is not RO because it is a revamp for phones and a fine one at that. Nice graphics, reminiscent music and all the features to play actively or even grind as an idle game! Easy to pick up and learn while also being able to set it down and still get rewarded. If you struggle with grinding games, the idle options will help you out! There are still bugs and weird UI controls but it's a new game, what do you expect!

I'm really trying to like and being understanding that it is a new game, but I'm not seeing any the bugs being fixed and it's just not a viable game. I have to reinstall the game at least once a day (and I mean it, one day I have to reinstall it 4 times), but it will not open at all. I love Ragnarok since the first one and was really looking forward to this one since my daughter wanted to play together. So disappointing..
