I still don't like that it seems the reward program changed. It's no longer 1 point per drink ordered, not even 1 point per order. It's now 1 point per $10 spent. I've asked my baristas and they seemed confused by this, saying I should still be getting the points, but I only ever get a point if I spend over $10, which is almost never. If it's supposed to be 1 point per ORDER, then I'm missing around 30 points or so.

Update: they can still manage to charge for the Gravity Club, but can't fix their app. I emailed support and never received a response. I will not be going to Gravity anymore. Absolutely terrible. I have not been able to log into my app for 2 weeks. I never receive the confirmation code. Which means I cannot cancel my premium service (why pay $10/mo for something I haven't been able to use for weeks). I used to love the app.

I rarely write negative reviews, but don't waste time on this app. Typically I create rewards accounts online, but since that wasn't an option, I downloaded the app. Unfortunately, as many others have mentioned in recent reviews, there is an error in receiving a validation code after putting your phone number, so there is no way to sign up/in. I have tried multiple times over several weeks and even sent an email to the provided support email 10 days ago to no response. Very disappointing.
