Gravity Spaces is a companion app for anyone planning an office design and fit out project. It turns a multi stage commercial project into a set of simple, focused tools that live on your phone, so you can explore options, run numbers and reserve time without filling in a single form.

The app opens on a home overview that introduces the four stages of a typical project, consultancy, design, fit out and furniture, alongside a rotating look at recently completed spaces, giving a quick sense of the standard of finish before you dig into the detail.

The Services section expands on every stage. Each one explains what is included, what to expect during the process, and shows an indicative starting price in pounds sterling, from a free space utilisation report through to a complete design and build package. A short glossary at the end translates common fit out terminology such as CAT A, CAT B and detailed drawings into plain English, aimed at readers who have never commissioned an office project before.

The Estimate section is an interactive calculator rather than a static price list. Move a slider to set the size of an office, choose a fit out category and a furniture level, and the app returns a realistic cost range in pounds within moments. A second tool on the same screen compares desk count against floor area to show whether a space is tightly packed, efficiently used or under-utilised, reflecting the same data driven thinking used throughout the app.

The Visit section allows a showroom appointment to be booked without typing any personal or contact information. Any upcoming weekday can be selected, together with a free hour long slot from a calendar that realistically shows which times are already busy. A confirmed booking can be cancelled at any point, added directly to the phone calendar, and will trigger a local reminder notification roughly an hour beforehand, entirely offline and without any account.

Finally, the Contact section brings company background, opening hours and one tap actions for calling, emailing or opening the office location in a maps app into a single screen.
