Gravity Pass Check-in is the companion app for your team on the front desk. Sign in with your Gravity Pass staff account and run today's arrivals from your phone or tablet.

A Gravity Pass account is required. This app is for venue staff, not for booking tickets.

CHECK GUESTS IN FAST
• Scan a booking's QR code with the camera and the guest is checked in on the spot
• Or tap Check in on any booking in today's list, and tap Undo if you get it wrong
• See at a glance how many guests have arrived and how many are still to come
• Every check-in is recorded against the staff member who made it

EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT THE DOOR
• Today's paid bookings, with session times, spaces booked and event names
• Waiver status for every rider, so you can spot a missing waiver before they head out
• Search by name, email, booking reference, or any rider on the booking
• Filter by ticket type or event to focus on a single session

KEEP WORKING WITHOUT SIGNAL
• Today's list is saved on your device
• Check-ins, undos and QR scans still work offline and are queued safely
• Changes are sent automatically when the connection returns
• If the server rejects a queued change, for example because the booking was cancelled, you are told clearly

MANAGE BOOKINGS ON THE GO
• Browse all bookings and filter by status: Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled or Expired
• Open any booking to see tickets, vouchers and season-pass discounts, riders and a full history
• Cancel a booking, including a refund for a paid booking
• Move a booking to another open session in the next 30 days

BUILT FOR REAL SHIFTS
• Works on iPhone and iPad, with a multi-column layout on larger screens
• Stays signed in on your device, with credentials stored in the secure keychain, so you are not interrupted mid-shift
• Supports authenticator codes and recovery codes for secure sign-in
• Sign out any time

Getting started is simple: enter your workspace address (for example acme.gravitypass.app), then sign in with your staff email and password.

Camera access is used only to scan booking QR codes.
