Was fine, but suddenly notifications are on and can't be turned off. Thinking of uninstalling app if I can't get it fixed. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Default is notifications enabled, and app won't allow them to be turned off. The button is just a tease. Uninstalled again. Too bad. It was a good app before they forced noisy notifications on us.

Would give less than 1 star if possible! It tells you you have a story as a notification, when you open the notification it take you to a list of stories...NONE of them match the notification! Most are not even relevant to the "local" news. Just click bait, the whole app is one massive ad, can't find any useful news/information. Delete this app, you're better off finding and buying a news paper and searching through it for information! Just FYI...Updated didn't fix $H!T

The loading feature using the APP is extremely slow by today's standards. Too much delay in the APP displaying the information selected.
