I had been using this app for banking for a while now, then suddenly as of the beginning of Dec. 2023 the app doesn't work and crashes every time I try to use it. I can never get my password on the login step completed before it crashes. I have cleared the cookies & cache, tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but nothing fixes this issue. It only started doing this ever since Android did an update on my good pixel phone. Does work on my husband's phone either.

The app is very limited for GEFCU credit card users. There is no visible transaction history, and you can't add a third party bank to pay your credit card via the app just as you can with almost every major credit provider. A few updates to the app would make significant UI improvements.

Fantastic app. The only issue I run into is when your password rotates. You can't change it from the app, you have to go to the website, but it doesn't notify you that the password has expired or why it can't log in.
