this app doesn't always take out pending immediately. also when you buy for instance online straight talk pH card it shows I was charged 4x? what? Disney+ takes out 2 times yet when I check the Disney+ shows only once. why are there so many glitches and why is it taking out more than once for transactions? Also there is no way to set up text by just telling you your balance on the message, It only allows you to set up under 20 or above 20. I don't have time for all these games. Do better.

While the layout and format is great, I absolutely hate how the system now handles pending transactions. On the old app I could use my debut card and could instantly see the amount pending in my account. Now the pending transactions show up, sometimes they're visible and disappear, and sometimes they don't show up and surprise you 5 days later. I have to now keep a running log of what I have pending, which defeats the purpose of a mobile app, I absolutely hate this update.

The old app stopped allowing mobile deposits because it couldn't get permission to use the camera. They made a completely new app, this one, which won't allow mobile deposits because it just processes forever. Pending transactions also show, disappear, then come back. ATM withdrawals don't show up immediately. Even with an ATM owned by the bank. So you have no way of really knowing how much money you have available. I guess I'll have to go back to balancing a checkbook or find a new bank. 🤣
