This app use to work great. I used it for several years. It was a pain to get things connected but they still connected. Now, when I tap on one of the unit options, I get the spinning wheel of death. Its not slow, it just doesn't load to change the fan speed, change from ac/heat/fan ect. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time! Only thing I can do is change temp. Its quiet annoying and needs to be fixed. Ive restarted phone, uninstalled, cleared app cache. Fix the app, this is ridiculous.

I don't know what has happened but with this last update whenever I try to click on the AC unit within the app the wheel just spins and it will never open up so I have to go into my apps and delete all the data for the app and sign back in again to make it work. After I do that it will work properly for a few hours and then go back to what I was doing with the spinning wheel. please fix this problem.

This app is complicate to add devices as mentioned by others. Once you have it configured, it works but not always. The user interface seems to believe it's simple, but it's not intuitive. Also it quits randomly. One irritating thing is that the app always starts up with a dialog box to add devices (complicated), and it takes a few seconds to get rid of it. I am opening the app to control devices I've added. If I want to add devices, I will select "add devices" from the menu, not see it first.
