Green Octopus is a secure mobile application that interfaces with IDDS (Intelligent Dynamic Dispatch System), a private cloud quality assurance system that enables home service providers (HSP) to capture images and job notes before and after work is peformed at customer's premise. IDDS provides a secure web interface for subject matter experts and QA staff to evaluate work done by a technician.

Frequently crashes. Extremely slow, doesn't communicate with all programs having to add data manually. Prior version did one upload once all pictures were attached rather than one at a time drawing out the process even longer.

Application updates have helped the stability, yet still having trouble with upload time, uploading multiple pictures at once, and unreasonable upload time of individual photos forcing the user to force close and restart the process again.

dev keeps adding more to app but never fixes it. constant crashes, memory hog and can not take photos in app. Still has not fixed anything, just creating more junk apps.
