GreenZown is an Android based mobile application for plantation and agroforestry, as part of the green value chain ERP platform offered by InQube Innoventures Limited, UK. It is designed to empower organizations in their journey towards environmental stewardship, addressing the critical issues of tree plantation, growth tracking, carbon offset, carbon credit, sustainability, value chain optimization, and risk management.
Functionalities of GreenZown:
Registration of Grower
Registration of Supervisor / coordinator (if applicable) and mapping with grower
Registration of individual tree - Unique ID / Geo-tagging / Land and Soil data / Tree type & variety
Satellite view of every tree in admin dashboard with grower details
Tracking activities of the grower and any individual tree for growth trends - Photographs with location / date / time stamping, Other data points like stem diameters etc. (for biomass and carbon sequestration computation)
Tracking of application of agri inputs – fertilizer / pesticides / soil nutrients etc.
Capacity building and risk management at grower level - Problem solving window, Instant communication with grower from project team, training & advisory, weather advisory, sharing of knowledge on type and variety of trees
Ease of usage at grower level with multilingual interface
Facilitate Market Linkage to support better livelihood - Book-Keeping & Accounting for grower level livelihood creation, Aggregation of outputs from trees for market linkages
Traceability of agroforestry produce from farm to institutional buyers (specially valid for timber related products) – Certificate of Origin, Chain of Custody, compliance with upcoming regulations like EUDR, CBAM etc.
