Ratings and reviews

Suboptimal application, often bugs out when you attempt to login. Ever since the title update to "Livingston" this has gone from a relatively easy and painless app, to one that is constantly broken. At least the customer service is good, very responsive, and can usually fix down stations in an hour or two.

I've tried multiple times to verify my email address, but the verification code never arrives. I've checked my spam folder and waited for hours, but nothing. Without being able to verify my email, I can't use the app at all. It's a shame because it looked promising, but I have no choice but to uninstall it and find an alternative.

As far as I can tell, the charging station IDs don't match the IDs in the app (at least not at the Tully's 7th North location in Syracuse). Seems like a weird disconnect. No obvious way to scan a QR code in the app.
