Ratings and reviews

needs some tweaking with app. while looking thru stations that are available on app, it gives you the option to start a charge. some stations will show "start" charge even tho it's still attached to someone else's car, and if you accidentally pressed start while scrolling thru the stations you are screwed becoz you can't stop it. you end up paying for someone else's charge.

Can't do something completely obvious: CHARGE!! Staying at a hotel where that's the only option. Tried ALL of the plugs. Couldn't get it to connect. Worst experience ever!

you can't log in if you cannot access your email, maybe if they could provide a card for the card reader
