Green Apple Dispatch is the driver companion app for GreenApple's pharmaceutical last-mile delivery platform in Kuwait.

Designed for dispatchers and field drivers, the app gives every driver a focused view of their shift, their assigned orders, and the customer details they need to deliver fast and accurately.

• Live order assignments — orders are auto-dispatched to the nearest available driver and pushed to the app in real time.
• Bulk "Mark all ready" — flip every pickup-ready order for a warehouse with a single tap.
• Tap-to-call customers directly from the order screen, with Kuwait number formatting built in.
• Cash collection workflow with a confirm-or-explain gate — drivers either confirm cash collected or capture the reason and the system files the issue automatically.
• Daily cash collected / not-collected summary so end-of-shift settlement is one screen.
• Bilingual Arabic and English UI with full RTL support.
• Live shift, clock-in/out, and break management with late + no-show detection.
• Brand-coloured order chips for multi-legal-entity operators.
• Geofenced pickup + delivery confirmation so location is verified before status changes commit.
• Push notifications for new assignments and shift-start reminders.
