Track your household’s water usage with the My Rous Water app!

The My Rous app allows you to easily see how much water your household is using, set notifications to get leak alerts and take water challenges to learn more about how to lower your water usage and save.

How do I see my household water usage?

1. Download the My Rous app.
2. Select your profile type and address and sign up with your email and Smart Water Meter number located on the communication you received
or a recent water bill.
3. Once you have registered you’re ready to go!

Who can download the app?

Only households that have been notified to download the My Rous app and live in the Rous Council area, or own/manage a property are able to register. If you have not received an invitation from Rous and do not have a smart water meter installed, then you will not be able to activate your account.

This version of the app is exclusively for residential customers and residential property owners with an installed Smart Water Meter.

For business and commercial customers, this app doesn’t currently support your needs.
