I have had repeated problems getting the app to launch properly. Most of the time it says there was an error and to try again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and using both wifi and mobile data but nothing helps. When it does work it is super easy to use and better than the bird app. The app works fine on my wife's phone so if you have a OnePlus phone maybe steer away from this app.

horrible experience. they'll charge you for starting the ride even if the vehicle doesn't work. additionally the one that did work just stopped working all of a sudden in the middle of nowhere with no WiFi to end the ride. DON'T USE.
