Ratings and reviews

I have had repeated problems getting the app to launch properly. Most of the time it says there was an error and to try again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and using both wifi and mobile data but nothing helps. When it does work it is super easy to use and better than the bird app. The app works fine on my wife's phone so if you have a OnePlus phone maybe steer away from this app.

My flight got canceled and I had to redownload the app. This version of the app is so much better. I didn't have to drop 15 bucks only to be reimbursed later. I didn't have to go through a dog and pony show to fund the initial amount. Now it works as well as some of the other apps but the scooters are better. they go 24 miles an hour before they're governed. This is much better than 20 mph of the competitors.

horrible experience. they'll charge you for starting the ride even if the vehicle doesn't work. additionally the one that did work just stopped working all of a sudden in the middle of nowhere with no WiFi to end the ride. DON'T USE.
