About this app

The Green Bridge EV Charging app is required to charge your electric car at our stations located at workplaces, apartment buildings, shopping centers and more locations.

HOW TO SET UP

When you first open the app click “sign up” and then create your Green Bridge account by entering your email address and password and accepting the terms. You can then optionally enter your name and address. After that, add your credit card information which will allow you to make secure payments for all future Green Bridge charging sessions.

HOW TO USE

There are several easy ways to use our app to start your charging session.

You can scan the QR code on the station with your camera phone, before or after plugging in your vehicle, which will open the app to allow you to start a charging session.

OR

You can open the app and pick the location from the map, choosing the station that matches the ID shown under the QR code. The last two numbers are the key. Then click Start Charging and plug in your car.

OR

You can open the app and choose the option to scan the QR code to identify the station and then plug in your car and start charging.

Once your session is complete, click ‘Stop Charging’ to end your session or simply unplug your car.
Notifications on your phone will alert you when charging is complete.
You will also receive emails with session details and your receipt.
