SonarPen Calibrate is the official calibration app for SonarPen and SonarPen (USB-C).

Use the guided calibration process to tune your SonarPen for accurate pressure response and better finger rejection on compatible Android phones, tablets and Chromebooks.

After calibration, test your pen in the Free Draw area and tap “Save calibration setting” to make the calibration available to supported drawing apps.

Permission information:
• Record audio — SonarPen technology uses the audio channel to detect pen pressure.
• Network access — used to retrieve supported calibration information and app data when required.

Ratings and reviews

The app itself works fine for calibration, but it gets tiring having to come back to the app every time the phone wakes up from sleep mode. This might be a problem on the pen's side or my phone's(LGk40), but I'm not sure. When I just wanna set my phone down and pick it back up, my drawing app(Ibis Paint X) tells me the pen is disconnected when it's been plugged into the phone the whole time. I have to go into this app, recalibrate, and THEN go back to what i was doing. I dont like interruptions

Edit: Great customer service! The issue was quickly fixed and it works fine now. The only downside is that I wasn't aware the pen would be limited to only supported apps, so thats a bit disappointing. But other than that works as intended. Would love if there was support for aggie.io added Original review: App is getting stuck in the Calibration, the first few steps are okay but on the last one it get stuck on "warming up sonar pen" and then nothing happens even when i sit there and wait.

Calibration works but ui is bugged so it took me a while to figure out what to do cause there seems to be some text but it's white on white and sais no and ok buttons after going through it a few times i got the pen working quite well though which is nice for finding some hardware for a console and still being able to use it outside of that
