It is a good and useful app. But for the Festipay feature, it doesn't work. I signed up and didn't receive verification code. Since then every time I try to login, it shows an "Error"
The schedule view doesn't update (yellow line doesn't move) as the time passes. Pretty lame, as time has this funny property (that it passes). Also, this has been reported for your VOLT fest app, you had a month to fix it. Then startup is slow due to the ads that you show even if the app wasn't killed by the OS. Festipay is buggy as well, you can add multiple cards, but will only show one. UPDATE: if I have to switch screens (which ones?), then it's not automatic, is it? Care to fix? Also, landsacpe doesn't work. As for festipay, I managed to switch cards once sober, but that's not a button, that's an icon at best. (And yes, I've tried it before.)
Annoying ads, it takes about 10 seconds to open because of them. (Why do you need to advertise Master Card festipay if that's the only way to pay on the fesiltival?) The map feature didn't work after a while. Signed me out randomly. Eventually I had to request the desktop website in my browser to find my way to the venues, because the website is not responsive. The app and the website badly failed at the most obvious use case.
When is Galla on? Why would you obscure information?
Good app so far but I did used to be able to listen to artist's music in app but for reason that feature has stopped working recently. Can you try to fix this please because it was one of the best features. Thanks
Quite okay, but missing features make it "just ok". It's easy to see that a lot went into this app, but the mostly used features feel half-assed. The two main things that Festivalgoers use this would be: - The map. Yes, it's 3D, detailed, but HELL, YOU DON'T SEE YOUR OWN POSITION IT, making it basically just a nicer version of a paper map, needing to constantly check/ask/guess where you are. The frustration just kept me from using it. - Timetables. Yeah, you'll get a rather nice list and timetables view, but where is the MAP VIEW? You are presented with a massive list without clear hints where certain types of events are happening. You can locate events one by one, but that's not that big of a help. The app could help navigate, even if in a basic way like a compass, or with help of third-party map apps. Also, would it be hard to be able to set which days I'm at the festival? Then at least on the other days I wouldn't be bombarded with notifications I don't need/care for. Overall it's a usable app, but it would be great if it'd grow up as polished as the real life event is.
