the map is awful and doesn't actually tell you where anything is. the schedule is confusing and unorganized. plus they keep moving things around to much worse places (like why are the K-pop random play dance, drag show, and geek bound challenge in the smallest rooms that fill up immediately? there used to be a stage out in the main area that worked so much better!) it's so frustrating that they get more popular every single year and just more disorganized.

The app this year is terrible. All the most useful functionality is missing. No filters, limited search capabilities. Finding panels and tracking your schedule is basically impossible. Severe disappointment. *Most of this was eventually fixed but easy to late to be useful. It's like they have no idea what's happening until the day of. Unless it's taking your money for photo ops it can wait till the day of the con.

The ok: Celebrity information as far as dates and known autograph prices. Generic map to see where areas were located. Able to filter by my schedule. The no great: Notifications were late for reserved events, the vendor floor map didn't have any numbers which made it useless for finding vendors, I would like the ability to "favorite" vendors/artists/etc.
