Download the app prior to the event for updates on guests, the event, tickets, Photo Ops, and easy access to our FAQ. Have your schedule ready by adding panels and Photo Ops to your app when times are announced. The app will help guide you during the show by giving you information about Panels, Photo Ops, Tickets, Celebrity Row, Vendor Floor, and more. Ratings and reviews

The app this year is terrible. All the most useful functionality is missing. No filters, limited search capabilities. Finding panels and tracking your schedule is basically impossible. Severe disappointment. *Most of this was eventually fixed but easy to late to be useful. It's like they have no idea what's happening until the day of. Unless it's taking your money for photo ops it can wait till the day of the con.

This app somehow manages to get worse each year. This year's organization is awful--they take away the few elements that are working each time it's updated. Love going to fanx each year, but wow can you not depend on the app for anything. For how much it's pretty essential to the experience, they might want to put some more effort/experience into the design.

This starts tomorrow and frankly, I am worried. It's still listing people who canceled several weeks ago, it's got conflicting information all over the place, and it's very user unfriendly. I asked a question using the contact feature that has yet to be answered although they obviously got my email because I then got a follow up one asking if I was satisfied with the assistance I received. I would have had to have received any type of assistance to begin with in order to rate it. Bad.
