Ratings and reviews

everything this app does, the website does better. so many of the notifications were useless, didn't open up to any additional detail or even just open the map. the map was exceptionally useless, 2 images that were isometric garbage in a resolution that was pixelated when blown up enough to read.

QR scanner won't work with Leap QR codes. Cannot add events to the personal schedule with the add button. Cannot sync accounts with convention website. Terrible design and usability. when I tapped the leave feedback option in the app, the option disappeared without doing anything. The app designer and the website designer must be the same person because both are the worst I've ever been subjected to using.

the app doesn't work at all. when you call support number they tell you to uninstall reinstall to fix the problem. This does nothing but show that the feature is unavailable.
