Uninstalling the app because it far is too large. It takes 453 MB of storage on my phone - that's almost half a gigabyte, which is ridiculous for a single app. My premium phone is not old but is constantly full, and this app is just bloated software. Most companies expect you to use their app now, and all those half gigs add up quickly. Please audit the application and try tomorrow reduce the size by at least half.

Absolutely Terrible. What was the matter with adding tickets to your wallet from an Email? You can't spam someone's phone with notifications or upsell, that's what. If you're going to make this app the only way to get tickets on your phone then it needs to be able to do that one thing flawlessly but it can't do it at all. Had the app for three hours and all I've done is go round in circles. God bless anyone who picks up the tickets last minute and downloads the app on the way to the venue

it's awful! nearly impossible to log in to, can't see my tickets bought on another site despite them saying I would be able to, not even confirmation a ticket has been bought. would have not bothered getting a ticket for the gig I am hopefully going to if it was made clear you had to fight to use this terrible app to do so.
