The app is complete and utter trash. Can't access my account to see my tickets because it can't get past the login screen, doesn't even let me enter my details. This has been a known issue for weeks now and they still haven't fixed it so how exactly are people showing tickets for gigs when they don't exist anywhere else? you can't download and print them because they are digital only but when the digital fails and there's no backup what are people supposed to do? like use your heads people.

Arguably one of the least functional apps on earth. Works just enough for you to get your hopes up that it will do what you want, but then it won't add tickets to your Google wallet and it won't load your tickets. Tomorrow at the venue will be interesting given how many of us will be there using mobile data trying to get this to work at the same time.

very poor experience, login issues, forced login through tickemaster after having to register separately to this app (even though I bought my ticket through DICE!), adding to Google Wallet is broken, and the whole thing looks like a boomer vibe coded it in a weekend out of early 00s internet nostalgia. I should be able to at least download the ticket if there are any connectivity issues at the venue (and there always are!). very little thought went through designing this
