This app should not be mandatory to attend a venue I've paid for tickets for. Not allowed to print tickets, doesn't even work in Google Wallet, and we're advised we can't use the email to get in. The app is also temperamental and takes a while to load tickets. Have uninstalled. Also Dropout Improv group were amazing, I just wish I didn't need to install useless apps to attend the venue.

I hate being forced to download yet another app just to access my tickets, and I hate even more when that app doesn't work properly. The app has basically warned me "if you don't add your tickets to Google wallet then you are dependent on internet access at the venue", but then the Google wallet functionality doesn't work. The app makes the world incrementally worse by existing.

absolute worst experience I've ever had trying to gain access to the tickets I paid for. Printing no longer allowed. They force you to use this convoluted app so they can sell marketing data to their 300+ ad partners. I will be avoiding events at O2 in the future because of how horrible this was. Screen shots are also not allowed so fingers crossed I have reception at their venue.
