Ratings and reviews

It works for what I need it for, checking my account on the go, making transfers, etc. However, every single time I want to log in I have to verify my phone number and have it text me a code I need to type it. This gets extremely annoying. After the first time, my device should be "verified" so I can stop having to put in an additional code after already entering my password. It dissuades me from using the app as much as I might. Please fix and update!

very accessible, straightforward, and no frills. It is a struggle to get to the digital records through the app so i've had to through the PC. Ive been unable to find contact information my phone numbers of the branches through the app. if this is a feature, I cannot find it. However their message/ chat function is very useful and the response time is good.Solid app.

I agree with previous comments. The app itself works great. It's easy to navigate and has all the actions I need to online bank. The one negative is that you need to verify your phone EVERY single time you log in. Which means you choose either text or call, then type in the code they send you. This is after you either type in your login and password or use biometric (finger print) login. Its incredibly annoying and just not necessary. I appreciate the security but it's overboard.
