I've been having trouble signing in with my fingerprint. It says my log in info is invalid or my account is locked, but then it lets me log in with user name and password. It also says to call tech help, and I will, but it seems weird that my fingerprint isn't valid, when that's how I open my phone. Seems like a glitchy thing.

We're sorry to hear your fingerprint stopped working at login. These steps usually fix the problem.
Login and go to Services>Manage Biometrics>Biometrics enrollment>Unenroll. After this, re-enroll the device. Make sure the Fingerprint slider on the login page is "On" after re-enrolling. We're happy to help anytime, just call 877-682-0334.

It works for what I need it for, checking my account on the go, making transfers, etc. However, every single time I want to log in I have to verify my phone number and have it text me a code I need to type it. This gets extremely annoying. After the first time, my device should be "verified" so I can stop having to put in an additional code after already entering my password. It dissuades me from using the app as much as I might. Please fix and update!

Great bank, fine website, infuriatingly disfunctional app. Sometimes, the app just crashes... continuously. Sometimes, the app insists on MFA challenges... every single time I log in. Sometimes, it works... and when it does, I can take advantage of mobile check deposits, which is basically the only reason to use this half-baked monstrosity.
