About this app

Green Light Panic connects you directly to your private security company in an emergency. One tap sends your live location to their control room, so they can dispatch help to you.

The app is provided through your security company (the "Operator"). You sign in with the company access code and account they give you — it is not a public, standalone service.

WHAT IT DOES


One-tap panic — alerts your security company's control room with your GPS location.
Choose the right team — send a general panic, or specify Police / Armed Response, Medical, or Fire so the control room can dispatch the right responders.
Live tracking during an emergency — your location updates while help is on the way, including in the background, so responders can find you. Tracking stops when the emergency is resolved.
Status updates — see when your alert is received and when responders are on their way.
Trigger options — panic button, phone shake, or volume keys.


BUILT FOR SECURITY COMPANIES
Each security company runs its own private system. Your data stays with the company you're enrolled with.

Green Light Panic is a private security tool that notifies your security company. It is NOT a replacement for the official emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency always also contact the public services directly:

Service depends on your security company, your device, and your network connection.

What’s new

- Your emergency type now applies no matter how you raise the alert — the main button, a phone shake, and the volume-key trigger all send the type set up for your service.
- The quick "specific team" buttons now adapt so every response type (Panic, Police, Medical, Fire) is always one tap away, with no duplicates.
- Also includes the "Pause shake while driving" setting to prevent false alarms, plus stability improvements.
