Green Light JobSpec is the technician companion app for security companies running the Green Light JobSpec platform. Technicians receive their assigned job cards in real time, complete the work on site, and capture proof of completion — all from their phone.

Your company enrols you and approves your device, then you're ready to work.

Key features:
- Real-time job assignments — new jobs arrive the moment the office assigns them, with an on-device alert. No refreshing.
- On-duty connection — a secure background connection keeps you reachable for new work while you're signed in.
- Job details at a glance — client, site address, fault reported and priority for every job.
- Record equipment used — add the parts fitted on each job straight from your company's inventory.
- Photos & customer sign-off — capture job photos and an on-screen customer signature as proof of completion.
- Awaiting-stock handling — park a job that's waiting on a part; it reopens automatically when stock arrives.

Privacy & security:
- No location tracking and no advertising.
- Your device must be approved by your company administrator before it can sign in.
- All communication is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS); notifications are generated on your device from your company's own server and are not routed through third-party push services.

What's new in 1.1.2

- Record what you did on site: technician feedback now appears on the customer's job card. A short note is required to complete a job.
- New "No equipment used" option so advice-only visits (e.g. showing a client how to use their alarm) can be completed without recording parts.
- Fixes so the job card shows your feedback correctly.
